My Grandpa just got an EZ Crank Solar Flashlight Radio for his birthday and he asked me how to charge a cell phone on it, because in the instructions it says that you can. Yes, as long as you have the needed adapters for it, mine came with all the cables and adapters Answered by unknown - Sun Jul 12 15:48:20 2009 If a car doesn't start the first time you crank it but starts after is that a bad starter? Q. I have a 03 Pontiac Grandam. When it has sat for awhile (like overnight), when I go to start it, it won't start the first time. It just clicks. If I crank it again, it fires right off. Is that a bad starter you think? I have already had the ignition switch replaced a few months ago for it not starting at all. Have your battery tested, for free at most auto parts stores. If that doesn't work remove the starter and the same auto parts store most likely will test it for free also. If none of these do the trick, you might be in for spending some big bucks. Take it to a reliable mechanic for estimate and repair. Good luck with the GrandAm. Answered by Cecil n - Mon Feb 16 12:04:19 2009 I have a car that wont start when i try to crank the engine the car does a cliking noise from under the drive?
Q. I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.8 it has an alarm system. I been trying to start the car for a wile now i try to crank the car but i get no response from the engine all i get is two cliking noise coming from the driver side under. I have a new battery, starter, alternator but none of this have been the problem and the clicks are not from the battery being dead it is fully charger how can i fix this problem? Asked by amvpv17 - Tue Sep 2 00:37:31 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments A. When you turn the key, the clicking sound is caused by the battery not supplying enough juice to the starter to turn the car over and eventually start the car. When the clicking occurs, the battery is low in charge, the battery cables aren't secure, or the starter solenoid is bad. Seen all three. You can take your starter/solenoid and battery to AutoZone or a parts store and they can test it for free to tell you if it's good or not. After that, then check your cables. Be sure they are securely tightened, and not touching anything on the motor that is hot. It could be melting the wire. Doubt it, but it has happened. I bet it's your solenoid or battery. You could also hit it with a mallet or something like that to see if it can free it up.… [cont.] Answered by Chevy350Builder - Tue Sep 2 02:08:58 2008 From Yahoo Answer Search: "crank" |
