Where can I find a suitable doctor or researcher to help me develop my idea/diagnostic tool?
Q. I have a very good diagnostic/visualization database/tool/aid that I am developing and I think it would be very useful for doctors or labratory workers involved in the testing of blood etc for diseases etc.. The problem is I am reaching the limits of my knowledge of blood analysis and the software I have made works great. I'd like to enhance it and potentially bring it to market, but I don't know anyone in this field, nor do I have access to significant amounts of data which would be required to take this further. I'd also like more info on what groupings/aspects of blood tests are related for examination. The ideal doctor/researcher would be happy to sign an non-disclosure agreement and share in the work/expenses/results. This… [cont.]

A. The first thing I would do is patent your idea (Highest priority). Depending on what types of blood diagnostic tests - I would look at Biotech, Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical companies that could commercialize what you've done which would mean a lot more money for you than if you went just to Dr.s or hospitals. I currently work at a Pharmaceutical Co that does biz deals all the time for diagnostics.

Need comparison between 2.4GH Core 2 and 1.6GH Core 2 Quad Laptop?
Q. I am a Data Warehousing Architect, I usually work on teraData, Sql Server and Oracle Databases. I use Dundas chart for visualization, my desktop PC annoyed me due to its low performence. I need to buy a high performence laptop, but I also get know that applications that are not developed for quad processor will not get benifet from quad processor, therefore I am confuse whether I should by 2.4GH Core 2 or 1.6GH Core 2 Quad Laptop, laptop I plan to buy can be found on following link ( ) Kindly answer me with respect to applications I am using. or suggest me any other laptop having approximatly 1GB video memory, long battery life and its price below 1000$

A. I would go with the quad anyway, yes it provides no benefit if the program cannot utilize four threads. But it will still provide headroom if multitasking and future benefits if you purchase software that can utilize all four cores.

A. What the?? What class is this for? Anyways, It seems like number 1 is saying that when a math equation or equivalent is broken down into it's simplest components, the data can then be used to apply to itself to problems of equal or lesser capacity. In other words, understanding and decomposing a problem will not only help one for such a problem, but also, in problems of similar appeal. Number 2 sounds similar, I hope this helps Lindsey...
